#SpeaksForItself: Mira holds the remote control to Shahid’s… TV.

Another big budget fun script I got to write using simple metaphors for the power couple. Power dynamics in the script is impeccable and straight out of my own version of how I wish my parents behaved. Take childhood trauma and poke fun at it for a real, high-end slice-of-life fantasy. #SpeaksForItself is a product straight out of fantasy. The TV’s smart features are encapsulated with a story that doesn’t isolate the masses but makes them part of the entertainment!

My favourite part about Mira’s NO is it came out exactly how I visualised in my head. The banter was a fun one to write and the execution came out even better. This was one of my first big budget ads and I’m very proud of how it came out to be.

(P.S. The way I say no to new briefs after 6 PM on a weekend, and Mira’s no to Shahid is uncannily similar. Watch out!)
